Instructions on withdrawal

This instructions on withdrawal only applies to the purchase via our webshop (www.tietzsch.de).

Every natural person is a “consumer”, i.e. everybody who is realising a legal transaction which is mainly not based on a registered trade or a profession by its own.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
When you withdraw from this contract we will have to refund to you all payments immediately without delay or latest within a period of 14 days counting from the day we received your withdrawal from this contract, including cost for shipment (not included, however, is the extra cost which might be induced by asking for special delivery differing from our standardised delivery process). For any refund we use the same instrument of payment that you used for the original payment, less we have explicitly agreed upon something else; never, however, we will charge you for this refund. We can deny the refund until we got the item(s) back from you or until we received a proof that you returned the item(s) via mail or carrier, depending on what we can get faster.
You will have to return the item(s) immediately without delay – latest within a period of 14 days counting from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract or to bring them physically back, respectively. You adhere to the expiration period as long as the item(s) in question are being returned within that period of 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good

Preclusion or reason for expiry
The right for withdrawal does not exist with contracts for any delivery of item(s) that are not prefab and that need for their production individual selection and specification by the customer is necessary or that are produced according to the specific needs of customers. This is generally the case for delivery times more than 1-3 business days.
